Tried Bikram yoga for the first time yesterday at Hot Yoga Milwaukee and it was a great experience! The instructor really did a great job flowing through the practice and helping everyone challenge themselves. The staff/teachers were SO nice and the environment was very welcoming. I’ve referred multiple friends here and I can’t wait to keep going!

I started here last year, tried 3 other places last winter. And I’m officially back for good! Favorite spot, won’t leave again! Every instructor is well informed, and gets each class going as it should. Also sometimes they use essential oil sprays which is amazing.

I really enjoyed this class. I loved the emphasis on listening to your body and encouraging modifications…the instructor cued positions very well and I look forward to taking a class with her again. I have experienced 2 instructors here now and both have been exceptional.

I absolutely love Bikram yoga! It has positively impacted my life in so many ways! While being in a hot room doing poses for an hour and half can sometimes feel intense, the benefits are worth it. Bikram helps me stay balanced, and helps me to stay more calm and focused in everyday life. I deal with stresses in a different manner now since I started practicing. I’ve had some sleep issues for the past number of years, and Bikram has tremendously helped with that also. In general, I feel so much better when I do Bikram a few times a week. I feel more energetic, and just happier all around. Not to mention it helps keep my muscles toned! I’ve been practicing for about a year and a half now, and can’t imagine my life without it!
